Terrible
Wow, this is the second Fridababy product I really wanted to love but absolutely hated.
Tried to wean my 12 month old off the pacifier with this system and it was a complete disaster.
We were using MAM and Philips AVENT pacifiers prior to weaning and made sure they were compatible with the system.
As soon as I started, I noticed the pacifier’s weird peaks were hitting my baby’s nose. She was having tantrums and meltdowns over Step 1 but we kept going til Step 3. I eventually gave up at Step 4 as it didn’t seem to be working and looked so uncomfortable for her and it was blocking her nostrils. We will have to try another method.

Didn't work for us!
Our 16mo. loved his NUK paci but kept losing it at night and waking us up to help find it in the crib. We had been slowly weaning off daytime use and only using for sleep but could tell they were getting to an age where more of a psychological attachment was being formed as they were asking for it more and more. We thought we should nip it in the bud and tried with this fridababy Paci Weaning System. Our toddler immediately rejected it at step 1. Could tell it wasn't the one they loved and we ended up just cutting the tip of the NUK which also landed us in tantrum territory. I could see this working with younger babies who aren't so attached to a specific paci but I struggle to see why this would be any better than just slowly cutting the tip of the paci you already own. Its also certainly not a one-size-fits-all magic weaning product so be thoughtful before purchasing.

That's the only way I've been able to remove my baby pacifier without struggling and cries
