Great Toothbrush!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the hello Charcoal Toothbrush through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I wasn't sure what to expect (having regularly used more recognizable brands), but after a few weeks of use, I have to say that I really, really like this toothbrush! The soft bristles are great for my gums (I have a tendency to brush too hard), and my teeth felt great after use. I've used it both with the hello Charcoal toothpaste, and my regular sensitivity toothpaste and it works equally well with both. It's also MUCH more aesthetically pleasing than your standard toothbrush. Looks great on the counter!

Good soft toothbrush
I would rate this toothbrush as comparable to any other soft bristle manual toothbrush. The handle is comfortable and sturdy. The bristles feel nice and soft against my gums. It definitely pairs well with the charcoal toothpaste as it does not feel like the charcoal is staining anything because it is already black! I prefer this toothbrush over a bamboo brush because the handle feels cleaner, it doesn't get grimy the way bamboo can sometimes. My only complaint is that I personally prefer a medium firm bristle, so this one is a bit on the soft side for me.

Basically the sports car of toothbrushes
To state the obvious, this toothbrush looks cool (all black!). I was happy with its performance, too. My dental hygienist recommends a smaller toothbrush with soft bristles, and this fits the bill perfectly. It cleans well, the handle feels comfortable in my hands, and the fact that it's eco-friendly is a nice bonus. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it still looks brand new. One downside is if everyone in your family uses this toothbrush, it's hard to tell them apart. We usually rely on different toothbrush colours to differentiate between brushes.

Sleek brush effective clean
I received the "hello Charcoal Manual Toothbrush" through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. From a purely superficial perspective this toothbrush looks really sleek. I love the matte black finish and the black bristles. It's also nice that it doesn't clash with our bathroom decor (haha :)). From a functional perspective, it was comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver and the soft bristles were effective for cleaning for gentle on my gums. I've had trouble with receeding gums and sensitivity due to "aggressive brushing", as the dentist says, but I found I did not have to brush as hard to get good effectiveness with this toothbrush.

Toothbrush looks and feels great!
In the last few years I have been making more and more of an effort to find eco-friendly products, and I have been so impressed with this toothbrush! I received the Hello Charcoal toothbrush through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I have happily replaced my bamboo toothbrush. The design is so smooth and pleasant to use, and as someone who has been told by my dentist that I brush too aggressively the soft bristles feel amazing, and don't further damage my gums. I've never put that much thought into the overall appearance of my toothbrushes but, as an added bonus this one's sleek black design looks fantastic beside my sink!

Sleek and comfortable
This Hello charcoal manual toothbrush was sent to me to try as part of the Stellar product testing panel. When I first took my toothbrush out of the box I noticed how sleek and soft it felt in my hand. It was both lightweight and smooth, and the shape of it was very comfortable in my hand. The bristles are black which adds to the elegance of the brush. On the first brushing experience I enjoyed how soft the bristles were. They are completely ouch-free on my gums. Not only are they soft but they do an excellent job of cleaning the entire tooth surface without requiring added pressure. After two weeks of brushing I am hooked!

Who knew there could be better toothbrushes?
I am not a toothbrush aficionado. In fact, the majority of toothbrushes I’ve used have been freebies from my dentist. So, when I was given this toothbrush to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was pleasantly surprised by the subtly different design—it was very comfortable to hold and the bristles were pillowy soft. I felt like I was able to get into all the nooks and crannies without the need for scrubbing. What I love best about this brush is that it is made with plant-based materials, making me feel like I’m able to make a small difference in reducing landfill waste.

Great for sensitive gums!
This product was provided to me via the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
My first initial reaction to the hello Charcoal Toothbrush was - weird, a black tootbrush! After my first use, I found the bristles to be soft and comfortable for my sensitive gums. They did not irritate them, but still gave a great clean. One concern I had was the size of the toothbrush head and accessing the back of my molars. This is likely due to the size of my mouth (very small), and not anything to do with the toothbrush itself. The toothbrush was comfortable and I found it to clean well. It’s nice to know that it is an eco-friendly product.
