John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Air Dry Waves Styling Foam gives defined curls without the need for heated styling tools. Infused with moringa oil and a unique blend of polymers, this featherweight curly hair styler helps control frizz for perfectly smooth waves and curls. This non-sticky foam dries quickly, creating a flexible film that cleverly stretches as curl bundles expand while drying, keeping the curl intact. This air-dry hair curly hair styler can also be used on dried styles for a targeted touch-up on the go. It is expertly designed for medium-thick and wavy-curly hair types, but suitable for all levels of frizz. Safe for colour-treated hair.
Directions: Start with wet hair. Dispense 2-3 pumps of foam in palms and spread evenly from root to tip. Use more or less depending on length and thickness. To enhance waves, scrunch sections of hair and allow to air dry. Replace the cap after each use to ensure freshness.
STYLING TIP: After applying to wet hair, use your hands to gently 'scrunch' your hair to enhance waves and curls, then allow to dry naturally.
FOR STYLING VERY THICK, COARSE AND/OR VERY CURLY HAIR: Use in combination with a Frizz Ease Serum of your choice, for an extra-smooth, frizz-taming style.
Ingredients: Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Silicone Quaternium-16/Glycidoxy Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, VP/Methacrylamide/Vinyl Imidazole Copolymer, Undeceth-5, Undeceth-11, Propylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-72, Diazolidinyl Urea, Parfum, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Sodium Hydroxide.

Nice light product

Being as dry as my curls are I noticed slight more frizz then if I were to use a mousse or cream. I think this is a great thin fine curls option. #tryitwithtopbox

Amazing!
I love this moss! It's not sticky, it helps define my curls, my hair is so soft and smells wonderful. On top of that, it helps to control the frizz, smells so good and doesn’t leave a sticky effect on the hands or hair. A small amount is enough, so don't put too much. I highly recommend it! #freeproduct

Great for a light hold
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've recently begun experimenting with different ways to enhance my natural curls. I was very excited to receive this product from Topbox Circle because styling products for curly hair are new to me. As a new mousse user there was a bit of trial and error the first few times I used this product. The first few times I used too much and it left my hair feeling sort of sticky and it looked oily the next day. So be careful how much you apply. Once I was using the correct amount it definitely enhanced the look of my curls and held them in place longer than not using a product would. By the end of the day my curls were no longer holding but I think that's more related to the length of my hair than the product. The curls could be semi refreshed by adding a bit of water to my hair and re-scrunching it. If you have shorter hair or looking to hold curls for a short length of time this is a great product to try. It dries much quicker than air drying with gel, and leaves a natural looking hold. #freeproduct #TopBoxCircle #JohnFriedaCanada

Excellent!!

Works well on our curls
My son and I both have curly hair And we’ve both been using this product and like the results. His is extremely curly and full of ringlets and this does a great job of defining his curls as it air dries.

Controls Frizz!
I received this product complimentary from Topbox for an honest review. At first I wasn't sure if this product would be a good fit for me as my hair does not naturally have intense curls. However, my hair is naturally wavy... and frizzy... so I did look forward to giving this a try.
My first thoughts on this product was that the formula has a nice light scent in comparison to some other products I have tried. While I do enjoy the heavily scented products personally, I know that many do not. This product might be for you if you're looking for something that doesn't have an overpowering scent to it. My second thought was... I hope this actually works to control my frizz! 90% of the time i'm a shower and go kind of girl. If I can find products that can help with that, and control the frizz... it makes me a very happy chick!
This product, I am happy to report...
Keeps your hair feeling soft, lightweight, fresh and relatively in control of frizz. I do think I need to use a little more for my hair in the future however. Overall, I am happy with this product.

To start, I'm someone with naturally 2c/3a hair, its relatively fine, colour treated and past my shoulders. I've used CG friendly products for the last 2 years. So at this point I have a pretty intense routine. Normally, I would stay away from mousses and tend to stick with gels.
I checked out the ingredients before using #johnfrieda #dreamcurl. I was pleased to see all the ingredients are CG friendly! So, I used the product on my wash day, (shampoo,conditioner, leave in, Dream Curl)
I noticed I did get some fly aways during frist use, however, I did scrunch from the ends up and not apply directly to the roots. (As it suggests)
I continued to use the product over the course of the week. I found it did better when I used my full routine of products, and when applied root to tip. My hair definitely needs a leave in, I found it too light without, and liked it best when using it on no wash days, and used with my leave in and curl smoothie.

If you have fine hair, this product wont weight your hair down. John Frieda has definitely continued to step up its game in the CG world. I'd say this product is a hit. I'd use and purchase it again. Even though it was a step outside of my comfort zone!
