Flawed but good
Honestly, the build was pretty solid. Though I don't care much for stud shooters or play features that compromise the look of the build, this was minimal which was good. And it has no stickers, something i always despise in lego builds. My only real gripes with it are that A: it doesn't exactly scale well with the Tie fighter and Tie interceptor, 2: the minifigures are decent but not entirely sure why they would include vader opposed to some other basic imperial. 3: it's kinda expensive for what it gives in return. Again, it's smaller then the Tie fighter, it just kinda feels... a bit overpriced. Not to the same level as the 4+ endor set, but still.

I love it ! :)
I have been asking for a long time for other types of Tie ships. And here it is, the Tie Bomber ! Very pleased with it. I really like it's shape. I love the fact that the cockpit has a strong frame around the front glass. It gives a very unique aesthetic. And no sticker, thank you ! The only thing I wouldn't consider a perfectly awesome decision here would be the Darth Vader minifig. The minifig itself is great. But why ? A stormtrooper minifig would have been a better choice in my opinion. Near every Star Wars sets nowadays have a Darth Vader minifig. How many Darth Vader minifigs do you need in your collection ?.. lol I am a diorama builder, so a stormtrooper would have been a better acquisition for me. But it is not a big deal anyway, it doesn't affect the fact that I still give this set 5 stars :)

Simple and effective set
This is a really good product with a nice selection of minifigures. The build is simple, but it is effective. It is a good companion ship for the Tie Fighter that came up last year.

Great Model
I have seen a number of reviews for this model and would offer that Lego seems to have got the build very good over all. Like many I find the lack of a "viewable" cockpit disturbing and will probably rectify that myself. other than that the build is great and I love that the tie bomber is so detailed. I look forward to my next Star Wars ships if they all have this quality.

In the asteroid field
This is the set I've been waiting for 10 years for. A great build a great value very good details. My only wish is that the cockpit was clear and you could see the inside and the pilot rather than being covered over. I do love the bomb dropping mechanism though very smart.

Great build to go with the rest of the 40th anniversarry of Jedi sets. The Darth Vader is a welcome addition with new prints on arms and the gonk droid with printed pieces is perfect.
