However, I love this product for other purposes: First of all, this it very smoothening for the hair. Spray this on your hair when its wet, and it will tame all the frizz when it dries. I think it has to do with humwcyant properties. I also use this when I blow dry my hair and it doesnt weigh my hair down at all! It actually helps me keep alot of volume. Finally, this smells really good...to the point people ask which amazing perfume I'm wearing when I walk past them and they get a whiff of my hair.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was super excited to receive Pantene's Thermal Heat Spray and couldn't wait to try it. The first thing I noticed was the smell! The scent is soft and subtle and a little bit sweet. I have tried other products that leave an unpleasant smell behind so this was a nice surprise. After using this spray a few times I have consistently noticed that my hair is still soft to touch. Some products leave behind a film on your hair, but Pantene doesn't do this so it's easy to use it every time! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall I think this product works well. The first thing I noticed is the packaging, the bright gold colour really draws your eye. The spray itself smells like green apples to me, which is a nice change from the usual heat protection smell some sprays have. The sprayer worked very well and does not feel flimsy. Compared to heat protection products from salons, this is a good value for the quantity and price, but when compared to other heat protection sprays at the drugstore, it seems like there is less volume in the Pantene one. Overall I would repurchase

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This feels nice on my hair, it doesn't seem like it's weighing it down, and it makes my hair feeling soft. I don't have to worry about damaging my hair as much when I use heat on it. It smells nice. However, I am a person that is very sensitive to scents and I felt like this was WAY too overpowering for my liking. The scent stays in my hair for hours, and it keeps being the only thing I'm smelling, even if I try to spray a little bit less... If your nose isn't as sensitive, it's a great product to use when you're styling your hair, and I still recommend it for that reason. This product was sent to me from Influenster for a complementary review!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Smells like typical Pantene product. Was a little hesitant to use this product as I have been using vegan products on my hair for the past year. However I was happy to see that there was no alcohol in the products as I have seen that as an ingredient in other heat protectant sprays before... super dumb. The spray dispenser makes this product easy and convenient to use. Not a win bit also not a loss for me. Will maybe use on occasion in between purchasing vegan and cruelty free products after running out of my go-to's.

I'm used to heat protectant sprays that are more of a squirt than mist so while I wasn't sure if it really covered my hair, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. I don't use styling tools often but I'm ALWAYS blow drying my hair. I found that it's better to use this when your hair's 80% wet than 40-30% wet. My hair felt really gross when I sprayed it on drier hair, but on wet-ish hair it ended up being really soft and silky!

I used this on damp hair in sections while styling my hair . I would spritz an area before flat ironing or curling my hair . I have used many heat protectant in the past and will continue to use them, however I will not reach for this specific brand. I know it probably helped protect my hair from damage and I'm glad it didn't leave a film or layer on my hair that made it feel heavy but it didn't keep my hair straightened long like some of my other products do. My hair is fine, but I have a LOT of it so heat styling takes awhile and my hair is prone to damage. I really liked the nozzle/spray of the bottle, and the scent. I noticed a few really nasty split ends/dead ends that I never noticed when I used my Tresemme heat protectant though. I've only tried this with a blow dryer, no other tools. I try to not use high heat with my blow dryer. This didn't change the result of my blowout, and was easy to apply.
