Rated 1 out of 5 by from What's wrong with the power button?! bought one from a local pharmacy store. after 10-12 weeks, the power button got stuck. toothbrush would turn on in the middle of the night, waking me up. i'd have to slap it to unstuck the power button (you can laugh, the situation was completely ridiculous). so i contacted Philips North America.. they send me a replacement. got it 29th of dec. 2021... exactly (or close enough) 10 weeks of use (13th of feb) the power button got stuck, toothbrush was in the basket, in the shower.. woke me up at 2am... i own 3 other products from Philips (beard trimmer, body trimmer, hair clipper) and i can't believe this thing is made from the same company.. i'm so disappointed. not quite sure what my next step would be..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, compact, stylish, nothing too fancy The first thing that really surprised me was how crazy long the battery life was. I've only charged it once in probably 6 or so months that I've owned it (maybe longer). I think this is a perfect toothbrush for someone who would normally use a non-electric toothbrush, and want to take it a step up. It's not a super powerful brush, but I personally don't want that anyway - I always had great results with a normal toothbrush and just wanted a good replacement in between a regular toothbrush and a fancy expensive one. Also, it's so affordable, but don't let that deceive you. It's well built, stylish, and looks premium overall. The way it fits in the hand and how it is lightweight is really nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok, but no point in being electric I think this toothbrush is sleek, easy to travel with and looks cute but the functionality of it being electric is pointless. All it does is vibrate, the bristles don’t move at all, and there is zero added benefit to it vibrating! I used to have an oral-b one and the whole head moved which added amazing cleaning benefits. This is an ok starting point if you’re not sure about electric but otherwise I would not recommend this one. (Also the 30 second notifications are rather alarming and somewhat pointless- rather maybe a 1 min and then the 2 min warning)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Removed USB C Charging I bought this toothbrush specifically because it was supposed to be USB C. It was incredibly disappointing to open up on Christmas day to find out that Philips removed the one feature that made this worth buying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this toothbrush I’ve never owned an electric toothbrush before and I’m so glad I finally bought this one. The bristles are so soft (just like your dentist would recommend) and I find the timer really helps me follow through with two full minutes of brushing. The charge lasts for a really long time too. My only complaints would be the charge cord doesn’t come with a plug so you’ll either have to borrow from another device or buy one and the replacement heads cost more than a full manual toothbrush does.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rechargeable battery failed after 3 months Product was great during the first month or two. After two months the battery would not hold a charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No point in being electric This toothbrush has two major flaws- the first issue is that there is a slight gap between the handle and the brush head, which collects crusty toothpaste, which doesn’t feel very sanitary. The second issue is that all this brush does is vibrate. It doesn’t spin or move the bristles at all. I loved that it came with a case and and it was a cute colour but that’s about it, going back to the Oral-b spin brush.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am not sure just yet! For the travel toothbrush, it is much more confortable when I use it, compared to the Sonic Care 4100. The vibration is milder and more tolerable to my teeth. I cannot use the second speed on the 4100. Even the first speed is tough on certain teeth that have bigger fillings. I will persit until my next dental appointment and see if the plaque is reduced. How effective is the travel toothbruh on plaque?
