No need to get the connected version
Have been using Sonicare for 10+ years. My last Flexcare died after 6-7 years of use so bought this as a replacement. Given the time lapse, I expected some significant improvement. Nothing impressive, the app and connectivity is just a gimmick. I am not brushing with with my phone in hand - it’s pretty pathetic anyway. The toothbrush itself is fine as per my previous one.

Excellent toothbrush!
Im very pleased with my Sonicare toothbrush!
I often found it difficult to get a proper clean with a manual toothbrush.
The sonicare makes your teeth and gums feel like they had a professional cleaning every day!
The app is also a great feature,keeps your technique consistent and alerts you to problem areas.For once,Im actually looking forward to my next dental check up!

Great product!
Awesome electronic toothbrush! Cleans unlike anything else I’ve ever used! Sometimes has a bit of a Bluetooth connectivity with iOS and the app could be a bit more robust, but they are in no way a deal breaker. The connectivity issue can usually be resolved by just togggling the iPhone’s Bluetooth off and back on. Overall this product has exceeded my expectations!

This is my 3rd Philips toothbrush and I love it.
I gave it a 4 for design because I find the on/off button is to easy to turn off while in use. I think that if it was off a bit it would not be so easy to be turn off. I do love the design otherwise.
