Best sugar on the market no wonder it's sold out, great sale price as well. Really appreciate your fast delivery and the samples you give.

I've cut all processed sugars from my diet and this is a great quality natural palm sugar for my paleo recipes. Great texture and taste.

Tastes like brown sugar. I love it in my chai tea, I have not used it to bake yet but I plan on reordering in a bigger bag and baking with it then.

I bought this in a effort to switch from using refined sugar. I have used it in baking & it seems to work just like white sugar. The only down side is that it tastes more like brown sugar, so in some recipes I have had to change back to organic cane sugar.

I started using this a few months ago because we are trying to cut out refined sugar and its good but takes some getting used to. I saw it on Dr Oz and he said the measurements are the same and it tastes no different than regular sugar. I disagree. I need a spoonful more in my coffee and the taste is a little different. Not bad, just different. It is wonderful in baking!
