Great in recipes!
I bought this specifically to use in high protein/low sugar recipes. It is a bit pricier than the typical whey isolate I buy in 5.5lb tubs from my local supplement store, but the casein and whey blend in this is amazing for achieving a good texture in baked recipes, or even just in overnight oats. I have not tried this as a protein shake, but the flavour when used in oats is great and not overpowering or artificial tasting.

Best for Baking
This is by far the best protein powder I have ever used for baking. In conjunction with a little bit of Xanthan Gum in a recipe, the texture is great, and no heavy artificial vanilla taste to it.
