Stay Matte Primer primer can be worn as a matte, silky base before applying your foundation, or on top of your make up.
Features:
- Ultra lightweight formula that minimizes the appearance of pores.

Directions: Apply a small amount before applying foundation. It can be especially useful on your under-eye area to minimize pores. Pat it on, then blend in the primer over your entire face and neck.

Worst Primer
I bought this primer about a week ago and have been using it almost every day and it is terrible. The product is so thick it feels like chalk. Also did not keep my makeup from oxidizing or staying for too long. Felt super heavy and made my makeup look cakey.

Great shine control
I bought this with the intention of wearing it under a heavy face of make up for a wedding. It helped control the shine i get from my naturally oilly skin. It did not last for 8 hrs...but certainly tamed the glare from the oil. Product felt lightweight and was easy to wear. I now use the product regularly even when i dont wear foundation. Its just that good for thw shine control. No more powder blotting.

Matte as heck
Back when I used to do a full face of makeup (pre-covid, lol) this was my go-to primer for my oily skin. It held on to my foundation nicely without letting it get cakey, and it lasted all day without breaking up. It's a little thick, but manageable when paired with a light or medium coverage foundation.

Terrible
Terrible. Makes my foundation pill and dries as soon as I apply. Leaves an uneven texture and patches. Looks terrible. And does not control oil or smooth out pores. The pro is only good because I can apply my foundation but doesn’t control shine, and with both my foundation separate. Embarrassing.

Doesn't feel too smooth
Doesn't feel too smooth on my skin, and the texture is a bit weird. Makeup applied on top looks cakey and gets a bit dry despite the fact that I have oily skin. The makeup does last long though, so I'll give it that. Overall it was an okay primer but I would not buy again. Didn't finish it.

Did nothing for me
As someone with oily skin, I’m always on the look out for a primer than will help me keep my oiliness at bay especially when wearing makeup. This one is a no. It did nothing to keep me matte or keep my oiliness at bay longer than it would usually peak through my makeup.

Good but can leave white cast if not careful
Good primer for drugstore makeup but you have to make sure to thoroughly blend the primer into your eye lids because it will leave a white cast. Using too much will leave a white cast as well. Sometimes you don't see the white until it dries down so be mindful of that.

I used to use
I used to use this primer when I was a little younger. I found it worked for a while but then my oily skin would take over. If you are looking for an inexpensive primer I would recommend this for sure. It does the job but I haven’t found it to stay all day.
