interesting concept
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a new product in which you use condition first before you use shampoo! It made me very curious on how this would affect my hair. Full disclosure - my hair is long, dark and my habit is daily wash with little to no use of heat styling products and weather where I am is super dry. Anyways, other than the bottle being someone difficult to "open" the first time around (note to future users is to release pump before you head to the showers!), the scent is good, and the texture of this preconditioner is bit runny (not that it is a bad thing) It doesn't quite make my hair feel as "conditioniy" as normal hair conditioner. Along with the full system (shampoo and leave-in product), the first day I used it, I find that it didn't do much to my hair, but as the week progressed, I do notice that my hair isn't was weighed down and it allowed for some natural waves to come back in my hair which is crazy since my hair is long and usually the weight of the hair itself makes it super straight.

Fantastic Products!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was a totally new concept for me and I admit that I was very skeptical about using a conditioner before a shampoo. I immediately loved the soft and pleasant scent. As soon as I applied it to my hair I could feel the hydration and my hair began to detangle. I didn't really want to shampoo to remove it as I loved the hydrating sensation, but I went ahead with the direction and luckily my hair remained hydrated despite the fact that I have the most dry, frizzy and unruly hair. I was very pleasantly surprised. I think my before and after pictures speak for themselves and I'm not even good at styling my frizzy, unruly hair.

Love this unique idea!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I first got this product and really looked at it, and realized the conditioner came BEFORE the shampoo - I almost died. How could this be? It was all wrong!
But if this is being wrong - I don't want to be right!
The conditioner left my hair feeling so soft and hydrated- even following the shampoo application!
The consistency was a little thinner than I had expected for a conditioner. When I pumped the first time, it shot across the shower! But it is easy to apply and work into my hair.
I have long hair and find that 3-4pumps is usually what I need to give my hair the feeling I like.

Nice Deep Conditioner
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked this conditioner for my thick, straight hair! It actually didn't work well for me in conjunction with the shampoo, since the shampoo was harsh and stripped a lot of it away. I'll continue to use the conditioner as a regular conditioner, after shampooing. It's heavy and a deep conditioner, which I love for my hair type. It smooths and detangles really well. I think those with thinner hair may find it too heavy to use without shampooing after, like this system recommends. Bonus: I love the iridescent bottle! It's so pretty and unexpected! Plus, the scent is very pleasant.

Pointless
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really did love the idea of this product and wanted it to work. Unfortunately, I have very long, fine hair that tends to knot up into little rat nests. I rely on my conditioner to work as a detangler as much as for softness and shine. This did nothing in the way of de tangling. I could actually feel my hair knotting up as I washed it out. This, could very well just be incompatible with my type of hair. On a positive note, it did have a nice light fragrance and works just fine as a post shampoo conditioner. As this is not the intent of the product, I can not give it a higher rating.

Unique concept and amazing results!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The idea of using a conditioner first before shampooing was new to me and I was really skeptical if this would really work. The first thing I noticed about the conditioner was that it smells great. The texture of the conditioner was really thin almost water like but white in color, does not foam and easy to rinse. After applying you are supposed to wait for a minute before rinsing out. When I applied it on my hair I did not find anything great just felt like ordinary conditioner but I loved how my hair felt after rinsing it out. My hair felt soft,smooth and silky and I was really amazed at the end result. I am totally in love with this!

Lovely product

This is pretty unique. The packaging was awesome with a pump and irridescent bottle. I used it before shampooing and left it in about one minute. It rinsed out easily and left my hair soft yet didn't impact the lather of the shampoo. Smelled nice too. After shampooing my hair was not at all weighted down as it is with many conditioners yet it was conditioned enough that I didn't feel I need anything after the shampoo.
I think I will definitely use this up! Thanks Tresemme!!

Wonderfully unique product
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was very excited to get a chance to try out the new TRESemmé pre-wash conditioner. I have thick straight hair, that does not have much volume. I was intrigued that this was a pre-wash conditioner, which is something I have never heard of or seen before.
I liked the look of the bottle and I found the pump easy to use and I thought the iridescence of the bottle was a beautiful touch. The conditioner has a fruity, floral and sweet scent that I found very nice and feminine. My hair was nourished, soft, and healthy feeling after using it. My hair didn't feel weighed down, I was very impressed with my results.
