It's super simple, just spray it in your hair before you apply any kind of heat and it will help prevent damage and split ends. It's also very hydrating and leaves your hair feeling soft and like you don't have any product in it at all. One bottle of this lasts for ever. I think I only buy it 2-3 times a year and use it 4+ times a week. It is also much cheaper than most other heat treatments! Definitely will forever reccommend this product!

My honest review is that never judge a product by the price ! Is an amazing heat protector especially when you are using the straightener every single day. Used until last drop and full protection to my hair given 100%. Does not leave your hair greasy in any way which sadly I found in other more expensive ones. Absolutely love it and I highly recommend. Trust me it's works amazing

I have tried the Keratin Smooth one but found it too heavy for my blonde wavy hair. For my hair texture this one is perfect, doesn't weigh it down or make it look too shiny/greasy. I spray a little on the ends when its damp, air dry, then straighten. If my ends are a looking a bit frizzy i'll spray a bit on a brush and brush it through. Would definitely recommend for thin/light hair that gets frizzy when you style it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have natural kinky hair and I would flat iron my hair without heat protector. It was a disaster. I then asked my hair dresser what to use to protect my hair from heat damage and she recommended the Treseme Thermal Heat spray.
I went that same day and purchased it. The price was reasonable and the packaging way attractive.Yes I look at those things!
I went home sprayed my hair and combed it in then started to flat iron my hair. Let me say it was a pleasant experience. My hair after using it with the flat iron was silk and smooth and there was no fly-always or any frizz! I would totally recommend this product to anyone! Especially those who truly want to protect their natural hair!

Tresemme' Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Hair Spray is just super wild.I just love it and I only started using it about two weeks now.My Sister told me about it and said it would help with my Frizz ends. I spray my hair with this when I put my hair up in Hot Curlers.I just spray all over and when I take them out,I have large waves of hair.My hair doesn't feel dried out or look dull because the Tresemme' Thermal Creation Heat Tamer protects hair from the heat and heat damage.I recommend this product.

I use a heat tool every single day. Whether it's for curling or straightening, I cannot leave the house without getting my hair done because I wasn't blessed with naturally straight or curly hair..they are kinda in between which is ugly by it's own.
This product protects my hair and even after using heat Tools for so long, my hair is still soft and strong.
Not only is the price good, the smell is incredible also!
I don't think there is a need to spend big bucks for a heat protectant when you can juste get this drug store one and it is as affective or even better than the high end ones.
This is a must for people who uses a lot of heat Tools!

I will say that I don't take the time everyday to do my hair but in the winter when I set my hair before leaving for work in the morning I use this product before starting the hair dryer. I have used other sprays like this for my hair when straightening it also and nothing has compared to this one for me. I love the smell of it and that it protects my hair and how soft my hair feels after it drys.

It was pretty fried so I was doing the best I could to bring it back to life by using masks, oils and the like. I was really nervous to use heat in my hair but when a friend suggested that I try the Tresemme Thermal Heat Protectant Spray, I was hesitant. I didn't think it would work but it was such a great surprise! It worked wonderfully and made my hair feel soft and look shiny! I would definitely buy it again without hesitation.

I have wavy/curly hair and I usually have to do touch ups everyday when I choose to straighten my hair because a wee bit of sweat/moisture or just sleeping on my hair will ruin the straight look and needless to say, doing so has damaged and dried out my hair but now that I have been using the heat tamer hair spray, my hair is healthier, soft and shiny.
The spray also smells sweet and fresh but be careful not to put too much or it will weigh down your hair.

Therefore, since i regularly straighten my hair I need a product that will protect my hair. I really enjoy the sweet smell of it and a little goes a long way when using this tamer spray. If you use too much it weighs down your hair. I found that it successfully shines, softens, and controls frizz, even on humid days.

It's a great price and I love the shape of the bottle, the nozzle and trigger are super handy!! Hair feels smooth and not greasy at all if using a tiny amount. I do use a straightener sometimes and this, along with a few other protective products are under my sink. I have always had great results with tresemme as well as it's easy on my wallet!

I like the smell of this heat protectant and it does seem to do the job. This product does what it says, it will protect your hair from heat. This does not leave my hair feeling icky and sticky after using and also, it's lightweight which is great. This does not leave my hair frizzy afterwards as well. You can find this in most stores and it is pretty affordable!

I have relatively fine hair and so she thought it might work better for me. This product left a pretty noticeable residue on my hair that I really didn't like. I ended up having to re-wash my hair and restyle it. The product has a nice smell to it but other than there wasn't anything I was particularly excited about.

That being said, I really only like using it when I blow-dry my hair, not when I straighten or curl. I find when using straighteners after putting it in my hair it makes the hair stick together and not have as much of a bounce to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it, especially when used for drying your hair.

But this products is amazing ! I use it before I dry my hair and each time before I use the flat iron and it really protects them, and makes them look so good ! And the smell is so great, every time I use this product it feels like I have just been to the hairdresser ! This products is a must !

This product is affordable and works just as well as a high end product. The smell is pretty good and doesn't leave a burnt hair smell when your straightening your hair. I feel this product is pretty effective but sometimes a bit watery. I prefer to use this before blow drying my hair over using it to straighten.

I have been dying my hair since i was younger and bleach it every few months and i also use a hair dryer and straightener everytime i wash my hair so i wanted something that would atleast help protect my hair against some of the damage of those things. My mom recommended this product so i went and got it. It definately works! My hair feels a lot better after its been dried and straightened. Definately recommend!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After seeing this fall review product I decided to buy it and try it out! PH MY GOODNESS why did I not try this sooner. I blow dry and flat iron my hair a lot so heat damage is an issue. I tried his stuff out on my damp hair left it for about 10
Mins then proceeded to dry and straighten. WELL my hair is SOOO soft. It smells incredible. It almost feels as though my hair has been fixed . LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

I knew that with my new hairstyle, I would have to blow dry my hair almost every day to get the look I wanted and I was worried about heat damage. Needless to say, I've purchased many a bottle since then and I always use it when I'm going to blow dry or style my hair. I'd definitely recommend it! It smells great and it really works!

I love love loooove Tresemme Thermal hair spray, it gets the job done, it's easy to use, and it makes my hair smell like I went to the salon for an hour. The ONLY thing that I don't like about this product is the formula - I much prefer aerosol sprays as they tend to leave less product on my straightener or curling iron. I find this one leaves some buildup after awhile and it's very difficult to clean off.

It comes out in a fine mist (I hold it far away for best application) then I wait a few seconds for it to dry down and begin with my heat styling. It doesn't weigh my hair down with is awesome and I feel good knowing I'm doing something good for my hair by protecting it from all my heat styling.

But anytime I have I always make sure to spray it with Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray. It surprisingly smells great, which is great because I know other sprays that just smell like burnt chemicals. All in all this product works great, saves your hair and is definitely affordable!

It holds my curls all day and makes it even more curvy. The only down side is make sure you don’t use to much of it. If you use too much the area would become hard and crispy as like if you used an extra hold hair spray. Other than that I’ve been using it for years!

I thought it wouldn't work as well as the salon products I have used but it works just as well if not better for a fraction of the cost. My hair managable protected it worked fantastic with my heating iron. To top it off had flyaways and my hair looked even healthier than before! I would recommend this to anyone. For the record my hair is curly and tends to be frizzy.

I hoped it would first keep my hair healthy, as well as tame it just as the label says. The spray leaves my hair feeling goopy. It leaves a residue behind. Also, I can't say I have noticed my hair any healthier or more tame after styling like I do every day. Not worth it. I would not buy it again.

I have very fine hair and too much product or a heavy product makes me look greasy and that's the opposite of what Tresemme heat tamer spray does. My hair is soft and shiny with no damage and fried ends (i really like my hair straightener too).

It's fairly effective, but my hair definitely still shows the signs of wear from styling, just not nearly as badly as it would without the protectant. Smells pleasant enough and doesn't weigh down my hair or leave a residue to the touch.

Nor does it give you that "greasy" feel. The smell is ok but really its not meant to be a perfume for the hair. From someone who either straightens or curls their hair on a DAILY basis, this product is a must buy if you want to save your hair from damage.

My hair never feels dry with this The spray nozzle covers a good amount of hair not like others products that I need to spray into my hand just to get the product to distribute evenly in my hair. I was looking for a new hairspray and I always use a lot of heat on my hair daily so when i that TRESEMMÉ had a heat spray called "THERMAL CREATIONS HEAT TAMER HAIR SPRAY" I thought I would give it a shot and i'm really glad I did. My hair (especially the ends) feel so much healthier after i use the spray compared to when I don't. It's definitely a go-to product!
