Love this product
I have been using this product for about 6 years. I love the fact that I start off every day with 20 grams of protein and lots of vitamins and fibre. I I only use the chocolate. I add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to amp up the chocolate flavor, 1/3 banana and use organic unsweetened almond, cashew or oat milk. I have also added one medjool date to sweeten it up (given the addition of the unsweetened cocoa powder) when in the mood. It is a great way to start every day.

I love this!
I have a Vega shake every day as I am vegetarian and try to keep up my protein intake. This product tastes great. I have it with water, banana, a scoop of peanut butter and one or two sections of frozen fruit (usually pineapple). I blend it and enjoy! I have been using this for over 5 years now and I never tire of it. The chocolate is my favourite flavour.

Vega one All In One Chocolate Nutritional Shake
I’ve used Vega One All I One shake for over 7 years. I enjoy it at my breakfast or lunch meal. I chop ice cubes, kale, a banana that is turning3 cups of milk and scoop of chocolate Vega One. This fills me up, especially for breakfast as I start work early and I do not like eating anything that early.
I’ve lost weight and kept it off as was not interested in eating a meal. It worked for me, but it might not work for everyone. I truly enjoy the taste, and I’ve tried several of the other flavours

Great vitamin and protein supplement without the sugar. Tastes good with almond milk. Great way to start your day as a breakfast!
