(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recieved this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. It definately works well and was gentle on the eyes. I've had other eyemake up removers that leave bits of my eyeliner but this one worked well to take it off and I didn't have to scrub at my eyes. I prefer to use facial wipes to remove my make up (just because it's all done in 1 wipe, quick and easy) so this wasn't the best for me, but for anyone who likes eye makeup remover, it definitely works well and felt great! I would highly recommend this product. Thanks Vichy and ChickAdvisor for the opportunity.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've tried the Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover a few times now so I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts. I don't use waterproof makeup frequently, but I have experienced some removal challenges with long lasting products such as eye liners and liquid lipstick. This stuff worked great at removing both. I soaked a cotton pad with the remover and easily wiped away my eye makeup. It left behind a little bit of an oily residue, but nothing terrible, and easily washed away. I usually use micellar water for makeup removal but I would consider purchasing this product in the future.

I usually stay away from bi-phase makeup removers because even the most expensive ones leave an oily residue; I'm more of a micellar water kinda girl. However, after I tried this Vichy one just once, I fell in love with it!! It leaves NO residue behind, my eye area was left very clean, soft, and moisturized. No makeup left either (and I usually do heavy eye makeup). I do recommend it to any and everyone, especially those with sensitive skin. Thank you ChickAdvisor for once again giving me the chance to try another product! #gotitfree

This makeup remover worked really well. Usually, trying to remove waterproof mascara is painful and time consuming (often pulling out some of my eyelashes) but Vichy Pureté Thermale Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover removed all of my makeup easily, quickly and without pain. Best of all, I kept all my eyelashes! This product is very effective and saves time by removing the make up easily. It is also very gentle. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I would still recommend this product.

The first thing I noticed about this product was the beautiful packaging. It was so pretty, I actually keep the entire collection on my bathroom counter as decorations! This product was extremely easy to use, worked very well at removing even the most stubborn leftover mascara and did not irritate my sensitive eyes or skin what so ever. I loved this product from start to finish and a little goes a long way so you certainly get your moneys worth. I would highly recommend this product!

I was definitely skeptical at first, so I did a side by side test with my normal makeup remover. I put on my heavy duty war paint (lash primer and my hardest to remove waterproof mascara) and left it on all day. Before bed, I went to do what we all dread...take/scrub off the makeup lol. I started with the Vichy makeup remover. To my surprise I only used one cotton ball and didn't lose any lashes! Then I went to my regular makeup remover. It took 2 cotton balls and I counted 6 lost lashes. I've made a switch in my routine, and love telling my friends about how Vichy works for me!

It looks fresh and different and beautiful sitting out on my bathroom vanity. Honestly though, it doesn't matter how nice something looks, if it doesn't work it's not worth keeping....fortunately this was not the case with this eye makeup remover. This product did everything it set out to do! It completely removed all traces of my mascara and left my lashes feeling soft afterwards. It did not have the unpleasant oily feeling and felt dry immediately afterwards. Great product! Thanks Vichy.

I had high hopes since a lot of my favourite eye makeup removers look the same (shake to make the oil mix in with the other liquid), but this did not perform at all. I had to use several cotton pads with this in comparison to the one I normally use for a product that is about 1/3 the price. While this did not irritate my eyes, my other, more affordable and affective removers also don't. I was disappointed with this and will not purchase and do not recommend. I will use it until it's done since I do not like wasting product, but after that I will be right back to my favourites.
