It is really hard to find a good keto product on the market and almost impossible to find something to eat in a coffee shop. So having one of these in my bag is a great option
These bars are very like keto muffins I have made, and much more convenient when I don't have time to bake or it's too hot to turn on the oven. If you are used to a keto / low carb diet, you will like them.

Very tasty snack bar. Has a satisfying texture similar to a thick, cakey cookie. Not at all chewy like most protein bars, or greasy like the high-fat bars. Low in carbs and not at all artificial. I've tried all 4 flavours and the cinnamon pecan is my favourite, followed closely by the vanilla almond. The raspberry lemon and chocolate coconut are also very nice. Will definitely purchase again (when on promotion).

Good flavour and texture
Really good flavour, doesn't have that artificial sweetener after taste. The texture is kind of like a mix between a brownie cookie and cake. I just wish the net carb count was a little lower since I'm doing a strict keto diet. I also like that fact that each bar comes in sections of 4, so I could choose to only eat 1/4 of a bar at a time just for a quick sweet snack

Just picked up a couple of these (Cinnamon Pecan and the Vanilla Almond). They taste great, texture like a soft cookie, I’m diabetic so the low sugar is good, very convenient to carry around with you. I’ll be a regular customer now.

Great taste
This bar is great in the morning with coffee or tea, it has a dense muffin-like texture with small chunks of pecans. The cinnamon isn’t overpowering either. It’s a good combination that makes a great keto snack.
