Due to its high mucilage content, organic psyllium swells up considerably when added to liquids. For best results, add it to cool liquids and mix well to avoid clumping.
Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon (6 g) with at least 8 oz. of water,
juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking
an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure
hydration.

Storage Info: Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
