Directions: Apply Absorbine Jr. Extra Strength Liniment and gently massage into skin. Repeat 3 or 4 times a day.
Active Ingredients: Menthol 4.0%, Chloroxylenol 0.5%
Non-active ingredients: acetone, blue 1, iodine, plant extracts of calendula, echinacea, and wormwood herb, potassium iodide, thymol, water and wormwood oil
Cautions: Keep away from open flame. Replace cap firmly. For external use only. If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use external heat such as an electric heating pad. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Do not bandage.

Excellent Pain Relief
I have used this product many times. As a kid, I grew up with Absorbine Jr. and it was my go-to during growing pains. Now, it seems life has progressed and although growing pains are past, living pains are not. The ease of the applicator sponge allows me not to have to get this on my hands (then in my eyes). The relief in my joints is quick and the warm residual effect is like a hug of pain relief so that I can continue moving, or succumb to sleep. I would definitely recommend this product.
