It's a 10!
I have had a head cold and post nasal drip that is so unpleasant that I have a really hard time not gagging when I brush my teeth. I have blood in my sinuses and at night my dry cough almost drives me insane. This has been going on all winter!!!
Until I tried your product, I thought I would have to take antibiotics for these symptoms (I am assuming that this infection is bacterial).
Benadryl total dried up the post nasal drip and that was a Godsend. The throat dryness and constant throat clearing are also less bothersome. I also do not find the two tablet dosage causes drowsiness.
I'm totally thrilled with the product.

Best allergy medication out there!!
Benadryl Total is the only allergy medication that works for me! I have tried all others and this is the only one that actually works.
It says to take two pills but I always only take 1 pill at a time and I find that it will last me 12 hours. On bad allergy days ill take one in the morning and it will last me all day into the evening and then I will take another before bed so that I can sleep without suffering.
I highly recommend this product and I have recommended it to all my friends and family who suffer from allergies too.

10 years of sinus/allergy issues solved with one pill!
I have been battling with sinus problems for the past 10 years and have had no relief until now. The most intense symptom for me is that I get extreme congestion/pain that can be so intense in my face and ears that it makes me nauseous. Usually it is something that can last the better half of a day up to a full day at a time, which is very hard when I need to put my energy into my Family and my career. I had visited my Dentist, thinking it was my teeth, but she assured me my teeth were fine. I then went to my Family physician who treated me for multiple sinus infections over the years, I am quite certain he had me try every rinse, spray and medication, with no change. He then referred me to an ENT specialist who told me the only way I would get relief was to get sinus surgery, unfortunately after a very painful operation and missing 6 weeks of work, I still had no relief. I was then referred to an Allergy specialist who gave me allergy shots, but they didn't help either. My Family doctor retired and I had to get a new doctor, I told her about the issued I had been having with my sinuses. She asked me to start taking an allergy/sinus combination pill to see if that helped, the pharmacist recommended Benadryl Total. I wish I could hug the pharmacist who gave it to me because shortly after taking it, I could feel the pressure in my face subside and the pain went away completely! After 10 years of chronic pain, Benadryl Total has qite literally changed my life, as a mother and an employee. I no longer miss out on doing things with my Daughter or miss time from work. My only complaint is that I didn’t discover it sooner and that I wish I could buy it in bulk so it was more cost effective. I never leave my house without my Benadryl Total and have recommended it to many of my Family and Friends. Thank you Benadryl for giving me my sanity back!

Worked well but made me extremely drowsy
This worked extremely well on me, relieved my allergies and headache but I wasn’t aware that taking these would make me extremely drowsy. No where in the packaging says anything about that so I was confused as to why it made me feel like that. To the point where I had to leave work because I felt like I was going to faint. But, it worked well. Maybe just put a warning on the product.

Relief From Rhinitis Medicamentosa
I suffer from rhinitis medicamentosa from decades of reliance on OTC nasal decongestant sprays. I have tried a panoply of methods to stop using the sprays and relieve the rebound congestion ranging from neti pots and saline sprays to nasal corticosteroids and antihistamines and other products high in PDE. I have even used nasal strips to keep the passages open- nothing was giving me enough relief that I could get a night’s sleep without having to finally cave and use an amount of the OTC spray. Some other antihistamine/PDE products were giving me relief but extremely pervasive insomnia and made me feel extremely stimulated. In desperation, I tried to find a combination drug that had PDE but also included an antihistamine with a sedative property. After my research I decided to try this benedryl combo preparation. To my great relief, one caplet of this taken shortly before bedtime in conjunction with my nasal strip and corticosteroid spray I have have virtually no rebound congestion from night one. This Benedryl preparation succeeded where everything else failed. I sleep well at night and am not drowsy during the day- and I seem to enjoy 24h relief. I have not had to medicate with the OTC spray once since using this product in my treatment strategy. I think a medical study should be done specifically for this preparation in the treatment of rhinitis medicamentosa as a first line treatment to be used.
