Nice product
I use this mostly in baking. It is a nice product with a lovely texture. I have tried to grind my own, but flax gets overheated too easily in my little spice grinder. This is more pricey than grinding my own, but my baking comes out better with this and the convenience very nice. I use it up fairly quickly, so I keep it in the fridge (with any unopened packages in the freezer).
