Callipo

Callipo is in Pizzo, Calabria. Pizzo holds the ancient tradition of processing tuna. The gulf of Sant'Eufemia has always been favoured by its climatic conditions. This is the ideal environment for the tuna. For this reason, Calabrian coasts have always had a major concentration of tuna. Processed entirely in Italy, using carefully selected raw materials, with the addition of olive oil and salt to maintain the taste of the tuna and the natural scent of the sea.
