In the spring of 2000, they purchased a farm in Wisconsin. 120 acres, overgrown with weeds. The weeds were so tall they didn't even know they had an orchard! When Jola when diagnosed with breast cancer, their farm was the perfect place for converting to a macrobiotic diet. The pursuit of health thus becomes a path of living in balance with yourself and nature.
After converting to a macrobiotic diet herself, Jola helped get their family business up and running and today continues to lead their sales and marketing programs while raising four children.
