Good cupcake!
This is probably one of the best keto mixes I've tried! The chocolate flavour is so good, the cupcakes come out fluffy and there is no weird sugar alcohol aftertaste! Definitely great if you want to make a sweet treat. I cooked mine for the full 23 mins (maybe even 25 mins) to ensure it cooked through and I would recommend using silicone cupcake cups so that the cupcake doesn't fall apart as it's very delicate.
