Great for hair oiling
Apparently women in India use hair oiling to get shiny strong hair, but most oils are too heavy for my hair and smell like oil, so I was super happy to find this. It has been fantastic for my hair! I scrape a bit off with a fingernail, warm it up in my palms to liquify it, and rub it into the lengths of my hair at bedtime. Putting it on the scalp would make it too greasy. I then tie my hair back for the night and wash it in the morning. The oil is indeed odourless (I don't love the smell of coconut so that's another bonus for me). After a few months of using it, my hair is definitely thicker and shinier!

Very good
My kids do not like the taste of coconuts so I can use this oil to cook with without anyone complaining about it. Only negative is that it liquifies when I leave it on my counter. Not sure if it’s supposed to do that, but it says nothing about the need to refrigerate once it’s opened on the label. Otherwise it’s a great coconut oil.
