Effective and Helpful
A pediatrician recommended Melatonin as she uses it for her own children.
I add .25 to my children’s (age 3 & 6) night time milk on nights I feel they are not exhausted from activity (2-3x/wk). It helps them to fall asleep without restless tossing and turning. It has also stopped our 3 year old from waking in the night.

Loved the first time we purchased ....
This is the second time I have purchased this melatonin for my children. First time, I was extremely happy- would rate a 5. However, this time the dropper doesn’t have the amount listed on. I can’t give to my son because I don’t know the amount of melatonin coming out of the dropper. If they go back to showing the measurement on the dropper I would happily purchase again (kids like the taste and seems to work well).

We love this melatonin
This brand of liquid melatonin is very effective and tastes good. I’m so glad I found it on Well.ca because the store where we used to buy it no longer stocks it. Liquid melatonin is not easy to find. We tried another (very expensive) brand but my son did not like the flavour. Thanks Well.ca for stocking this!!

The best sleep ever with natural calm
Best sleep ever, no hang over, no headache. Takes effect in about 30min and I drift off to sleep to awaken feeling alert and restful . Just wonderful.
