Glad I switched to this formula
I don’t digest tablets well. Capsules dissolve faster for me. I found it hard to find a c complex ( with bioflavonoids) in a capsule that didn’t have fillers such as maltodextrin or rice powder etc. I used to take progressive brand vitamin c complex in a capsule for many years until they changed their formula to include maltodextrin. So glad I found the now brand c complex to not include these cheap fillers, and in a capsule form.
