This oil tastes great and is quite easy to swallow (and I have a very hard time swallowing pills and oils). It’s high in omegas and vitamin D which is great as you don’t have to take lots.

Love this stuff! Kids sleep great
Ever since giving this to my twin toddlers, their sleep has improved 100%. Within two days we noticed a huge change. We are so happy, all of us take it and feel brighter.
