Excellent to help with electrolytes
When my wife was not feeling well our son recommended the Nuun Immunity and when my wife used the tablets in a 500 ml bottle of water she started to feel a little stronger. They were very helpful

Perfect rehydration tablet
The tablets were perfect for our trip to warmer climates. We cut them in half and add the 1/2 to a bottle of water.
