Chlorella is a fresh water green microalgae. It is a source of Vitamins A, C, B12, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc as well as a host of antioxidants. Known for its protein, vegans and vegetarians have long enjoyed it as a superfood staple in the diet. Its vibrant green color is due to the concentration of chlorophyll found in the algae. Besides its incredible nutritional profile, it has been traditionally used to promote alkalinity and detoxification.
Directions: Start with 1/2 teaspoon of powder and build gradually. Consume 1-4 teaspoons daily. Add chlorella to water, smoothies, yogurt and delicious raw food desserts.

It works!
I have been buying this since January. I use up to a half tsp in smoothies. The biggest difference I've noticed is in my hair growth and texture!
