Peacasa

An adventure across the Mediterranean brought founders to a street market in the South of France where we discovered the age-old tradition of wood-fired chickpea crepes known as "Socca". The simple recipe inspired them to create Peacasa - deliciously light and crispy chips made from chickpeas.
