Schar makes the BEST gluten-free bread I've ever tried in Canada (much better than Udi's and much better than any of the Costco GF brands)). Schar brand gluten-free bread is a rare gem because it is delicious even if you don't toast it. My favourite is the white bread, but this multigrain one is also great!
I literally filled my carry-on suitcase with Schar brand GF bread when I was flying home from Europe (because at the time, I didn't know if it was also available in Canada)... needless to say, I'm thrilled that Well.ca stocks this wonderful product.

Delicious and soft - even good un-toasted!
Had a PB & J sandwich with this and it was delightful! Toasts well but can also be enjoyed untoasted, unlike most gluten-free breads I've tried. So thrilled to have found this! Only trouble is you have to use it within 2-3 days of opening which is tough as the only GF person in the household.

Nice multigrain gf bread
A very nice gf multigrain bread - which is otherwise hard to find.
We open it and then pop it in the freezer and toast slices as needed.
It's a bit gummy if it's not double toasted, but once it's double toasted it's quite delicious and i like the assortment of grains.

Very dense
I found this bread to be without flavour, very dense, and hard to swallow without water. I'll stick to Udi's brand and keep this as a freezer back-up.

Love Schar
Love all the Schar products I've tried. One of the best things about it -- the crust does not get hard when toasted. This is great, I can eat the whole slice, unlike many other gluten free breads.

Very tasty
I love this bread...have tried different brands...this one is by far the best...I’m the only one eating gluten free in my household so I froze it and only took out when needed...worked very well.

Awesome
I tried the white bread version and it wasn't as good. This product is amazing because I'm gluten free and I never liked bread even before I was gluten free but this one is amazing for me.
