A longtime fan ….
I didn’t like brown rice until I tried Second Spring sprouted brown rice. The science shows sprouting rice significantly reduces the amount of arsenic all rice absorbs from the soil. Like anything else rice should be eaten in moderation. I wish they made sprouted jasmine rice.

Delicious!
I am looking at reducing my consumption of phytic acid, so I decided to try this sprouted rice. It is delicious, tender, and slightly sweeter than unsprouted brown rice. I also love that it is Canadian.

Sprouted!
Love that this rice is sprouted! Also, it cooks faster, has a kind of nutty taste and a non-mushy texture. Very hard to find sprouted rice in stores so am very happy to be able to buy here!
