Ended my hot flashes and brain fog
This product did everything I needed. After surviving weeks having 10-15 hot flashes and feeling like a zombie, I tried this product after reading others reviews. My hot flashes stopped within 2 days and my sleep inproved and my brain fog disappeared. Given my symptoms, my doctor had asked me to consider HRT but with my family history I steered away from it. This product seems to be doing the trick. I rarely write reviews but I know how important reviews are when you are searching for answers as you struggle with symptoms. This product works for me and I hope it will help others.

Exceeded expectations
This exceeded my expectations. My hot flashes were happening throughout the day and night. I was taking just a black kohash and it was okay; tried this one and with the combination it was much better. I’m down to maybe 1 a day. I’m also on other medicines and hormonal therapies so it is a good supplement for them. My only issue is it gives me a dry mouth so I have a bottle of water with me throughout the day.

It works!
I bought this a month ago and I could not be happier. I use to have 5-10 hot flashes a day and wake up every 2 hours at night with terrible sweats. It's all gone. I will take this for as long as I can! It's a life saver! Thank you SISU.

It helps a lot!
Significant reduction of the hot flashes frequency and intensity after 3-4 days already.
Opted to take 2 pills in the evening and now I can sleep all night.
Very effective for me. Didnt note any side effect for now (finished one pack). Ordered more.

Works really well
Love this product, no side effect and I hardly get any hot flashes anymore. I used to have 5-10 a day and I hardly get 1 a week. I also sleep much better. The only drawback is I need to take every day, if I skip, the hot flashes come back.

Exceeded All Expectations
Menoease reduced 85% of my symptoms within 6-days. I thought I was going to have to go on HRT, plan on writing the company to thank them. I was experiencing 2-3 dozen hot flashes a day, now - 4-6. Unbelievable. Thank you.
