I was very pleased with the quality and taste of these supplements. I have used another brand in the past which I did not notice any improvement with. This is the second time I ordered Suku because I noticed it made a difference, especially in my hair. I used to lose a fair amount of hair when brushing or washing, but after a few weeks of taking these I hardly lose any, and my hair is shinier than before with no change to my hair products. As far as how it is helping my skin I basically take them as a back up to my skin care regimen, so it is difficult to say which is making the most difference. My sensitive skin is doing pretty well so far this winter, though, so I am happy.

Ineffective and Dried up
Both gummies dried up into almost unchewable blobs. Was not impressed. The flavour was good, but did not see any noticeable improvement in skin or hair after having the whole bottle.
