- Bring 250 mL of fresh, filtered water to boil (about 80°C)
- Pour water over the filterbag in the cup
- Sit tight for 3 minutes until steeping is done. Delicious tea is on the way.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Tazo zen has a unique blend of flavours - there's a bit of lemony scent with a stronger mint flavour on a green tea background. For me, when I drink it, the zen part doesn't resonate. It feels more medicinal, and I love this tea when I do feel I'm coming down with a cold. The other thing is, with many teas, I wouldn't mind drinking it hot, slightly cooled, or room temperature. This tea was not pleasant to me when cooled more than slightly - the balance goes off and all I tasted was the mint. Overall, not my favourite tea of Tazo's but decently enjoyable when hot, and I somehow do find myself coming back to it from time to time. If you're a mint tea fan but looking for some variety, you might like this better than me.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have this tea at my office and I discovered this flavor as a client had made himself a cup of it and the whole office was indulged in the scent! I was amazed at how delicious it smelt, yet alone imaging what it tasted like. Right away, 2 of us decided we had to try it- the tea really did sell itself to us. The flavor was just perfect and it quickly become my top tea flavor to enjoy at work. I love how calming it is, which at work is often very needed.

I have been buying Tazo Zen green tea for as long as I can remember and always have multiple boxes of these crammed in my kitchen cabinet. Green tea has a ton of health benefits so with lemongrass and spearmint added in, it's even better. I tend to shy away from plain green teas because I just can't hack the taste of it. I need my green tea to have other flavours mixed in to make the taste tolerable. I am obsessed with anything lemongrass and spearmint so to have this mixed in with green tea is a bonus. This tea has a very prominent mint flavour with a subtle hint of lemongrass. It actually doesn't taste like green tea at all! So if you're someone who can't drink plain green teas, you will love this. My favourite way to prepare this is in a latte form. I highly recommend you give this a shot.

I liked the taste combination and found is very smooth and did not leave an aftertaste like some teas. I drink 1 cup of tea in the late afternoon after a long day at work to help me wind down and get ready for dinner preparations. I would recommend this blend for green tea lovers. A bit on the high end of price scale but worth it.

I LOVE this blend of Tazo tea! This is my afternoon go to. I really enjoy this tea I find it very smooth and relaxing. The mint and green tea is very balanced and not over powering. So if you are a mint / green tea lover I definitely recommend this tea. OR if you are trying to add green tea to your life but you don't like the taste of green tea I would recommend this tea to you! I could never drink green tea until I start drink Tazo Zen tea!

This green tea is no different. While some green teas can be bitter tasting, the spearmint and lemongrass really tone down the bitter green tea taste and make it very pleasant for all senses. I love the way my house smells after making a few cups of this tea.

It's more for those who like a bit more of a bright and zingy type tea to wake me up in the morning. I am on the fence if I will buy it again but for those who like the brighter and lighter tasting teas as I mentioned it's a good choice. Quality mixture of flavours.

A perfect afternoon pick me up with a bit of caffeine. I usually find green tea a bit bitter but the natural taste of spearmint made it slightly sweet and added to the sweet aroma. I would definitely recommend this tea to my friends and will continue to purchase it.

I love it for when I have a sore throat or am feeling a little under the weather, as I find the mint helps to open my sinuses, and the lemongrass to soothe. It's really such a refreshing taste though, that it's truly great to drink anytime! I have bought this one multiple times in the past and will continue to in the future!

I've always been a lover of mint tea, and although this is a blend, it had a lovely mint overtone. It was a very nice tasting tea that left me feeling warmed and relaxed, ready to get in the headspace of getting the work done that was before me. I'd definitely recommend Zen tea!

I like green tea, but the taste can take some getting used to. This tea bends additional flavors of spearmint and lemongrass to make the flavor more accessible and pleasing to a variety of people. My kids like this one, and they aren't big fans of traditional green tea. Some people drink green tea mostly for health benefits, but I thin with a tea like Zen, it can be a delicious experience as well.

It is not bitter at all and goes well with other condiments if you like to add a little bit of extra flavour to your teas. But if you like it on its own, it’s definitely got enough flavour to stand on its own too. Overall, this is a great green tea that I would drink everyday.

Tazo Zen Green Tea is one that is always there. It is light with no bitterness. Full flavoured without being overpowering AND the best part is that it is excellent served hot or cold.

Also Zen and refresh tea are SO good together. Very strong and yummy. Add a little hot lemonade to that mix and YUM!! It is the perfect combo if you're sick. I would definitely recommend this full bodied, flavorful tea. Yum!!

It is a really nice blend that is very relaxing and flavourful. Some green tea tends to taste burnt (when you accidentally use boiling water!) but the nice blend in this tea magically prevents this from happening!

The flavors are quite fantastic and hold up very well to what we find familiar.
The price is competitive so for it being a superior product this family will switch to the TAZO brand.

This tea has been a long-standing favourite of mine. I’ve always liked mint teas but this one in particular is mint tea but yet mild. It’s still soothing more than it is stimulating. The flavours are just a really lovely blend of mint and other deliciousness. It’s great when you’re not feeling well or before bed especially but anytime, really. I absolutely recommend it.

Tazo Zen green tea has a smooth, calming taste. It's perfect if you have an upset stomach, a cold, or just to enjoy any time. It has an almost matcha-like flavour, but the price is more affordable if you drink a lot of green tea. It also tastes great iced - very light and refreshing. This is especially a great hot OR cold summer tea due to the mint and hint of lemon.

I love green tea so that was a given, but the lemongrass and spearmint actually blended nicely. I enjoyed it most when I had a sore throat as I found it soothed it. I definitely think it’s best enjoyed on its own.

I don’t usually add any milk or sugar to this tea. It’s the perfect thing to warm me up on a cold winter day! My favorite by Tazo for sure!!

But I buy this tea quite regularly. It is light and flavourful, and my absolute favourite!

Tazo Green tea is a pleasant tea. I love it all natural. Green tea reminds me of my childhood. For my Asian family this was one of our staples. I was happy to discover this brand and found the Green tea. Not all tea's are made equally and this is one of them. Tazo Green tea is a cut above the rest. It's bold , fresh and clean. Try it. You won't regret it.

I first tried this tea at a Starbucks. It is a really good tea. I love lemon tea and this tea has just the right amount of lemon in it to not be too overpowering. I drink this tea when I want to relax at the end of the day or have a "zen" moment. Considering Starbucks is at Indigo stores, I love to read a book and drink this tea at the same time.

I've tried a variety of Tazo tea flavours, and this one is average. I don't find the green tea flavour to be particularly strong but the taste is still good. I definitely like to steep my tea for a long time but this tea doesn't get much stronger even after 10 minutes. I recommend this to someone who wants a mellow and slight but fresh taste.

I Really like this blend of Tazo tea! This is my go to at work. I really enjoy this tea I find it extremely smooth and relaxing. The mint and green tea is very balanced and not over powering at all. Im not a green tea drinker because I don’t like the taste but I love this because the mint really hides the taste. tazo is the only tea I drink!

It's my quiet calm time. When life gets a bit crazy a cup of zen seems to make things a bit better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of heaven in a cup.

I often buy this as an alternative to an early evening black tea, when I know I'll be going to bed earlier. Thumbs up all around!
