Red Palm Oil

Red Palm Oil comes from the red palm fruit. This oil contains Linolinic Acid, Vitamin E and Vitamin A and several other vitamins. Red Palm oil is a deep orange red colour due to the beta-carotene.  Red Palm Oil makes a great cooking oil.
