The sun is the main natural source of vitamin. When its rays touch our skin, the latter produces vitamin D. Only 10-15 minutes of exposure without sunscreen is enough to obtain our daily dose of vitamin D. However, our geographic location prevents this production from October to April, as the sun's rays are not strong enough to generate the reaction. In addition, our skin's ability to produce vitamin D decreases with age. We can then turn to foods rich in vitamin D such as fish, nuts and dairy products, but the intake of vitamin D through our diet is rarely enough to meet all our needs. A supplement is then necessary.
Directions: Adults, adolescents and children 3 years and older: Take 1 gummy daily.

The Best Tasting Vitamin D Gummy!
So yummy! Easily the best texture and flavour of any vegan gummy supplement I've tried. They really nailed it with this one. I have a hard time taking just one! It feels like I'm eating candy! I only wish they made some in a higher dose (2000iu+) or in a bigger bottle. My boyfriend and I go through a bottle very quickly and it would be nice to have less packaging to dispose of. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Finally a vegan-friendly gummy that isn't huge or hard-as-rock and actually tastes good while doing good! My partner was taking these first and offered me a try when I'd run out of my old ones and I couldn't believe the difference in taste and texture. I've made the switch to these and couldn't be happier!

My doctor recommended taking vitamin D from October to April here in Canada. This vitamin D gummy tastes great and is soft unlike some other ones I have tried. Good value when on sale.
