Dr. Cohen’s Acuback is a heatable ergonomic back roller that can be used to improve posture or relieve sore back or neck muscles. When used as a back support in an office chair, the Acuback helps maintain an upright posture, relieve back tension and increase attentiveness and productivity. Amazing multi use product
I purchased this after my physiotherapist recommended it. I have tried accupressure mats, rolling on a lacrosse ball, foam roller, heat, and I stretch consistently for my consistent back & neck tension. This product has been absolutely wonderful in alleviating tightness in my neck & knots in my upper back. It has helped minimize the onset of a headache if used beforehand. Can’t recommend it enough!
