When I saw the ingredients for this cream, it sounded amazing as well as no silicones which my skin hates. I have combo skin and needed something moisturizing for my winter skin underneath makeup. Trying it out first time, I gotta say the smell was weird and strong. Like very chemically and hard to get used to. Thank goodness after applying it seems to go away. It did moisturize my skin and helped with the drier areas, but it was terrible under my makeup. The cream didn't quite sink into my skin and just stayed on top. So any makeup I put on didn't look too good. Could be great for someone else, the ingredients are super good but didn't work for me.

Great for Oily Skin
I have really oily skin, I'm usually using blotting papers 3 times a day minimum. First day using this mattifying moisturizer and I haven't had to reach for my blotting papers at all. I used Acure French Green Clay + Sea Kelp Scrub prior to applying this, and added 24 HR Labs Mattifying Primer and True Match Tinted serum on afterwards. You do need to let this moisturizer absorb for like 10 mins for it to be completely absorbed before layering anything else on, only downfall I found. I was able to layer easily enough after 5 mins without any pilling or separating, but I still felt it on my skin more than I would have preferred before layering more products.
