I love these for heavy flows and over night. They are great. I just hate how they are so thick. I like the thin infinity pads and infinity radiant better. However it's hard to find size 5 in the Always infinity radiant and infinity pads so I sometimes get this one. I like it. you should get it if you don't mind the thickness of the pad.

These are amazing and do the trick on my heaviest days. I always use these and number 4 for my periods because I tend to have extremely heavy periods and I need the most protection when I'm out with friends or my husband. I love these because they don't feel bulky and don't make a mess. I feel very comfortable wearing them for my periods.
