The patches really curb the urge to scratch. The instructions say to apply to the bite before you scratch, it really works.

in about 20 minutes they started to perform and still on me 24hrs later. i put cream on around the patches, special cream. Definitely will buy more if supplied again, sad

Works well for most bites.
These work well on unscratched mosquito bites, a little less well on spider bites
