Rated 3 out of 5 by from The awesome, the awful and the ouch First I really luv this shampoo itself. It makes my hair shiny, healthy and next to zero hair loss after using. The shampoo itself deserves 5 stars. I also luv the smell. I do not like the pump or the container and be careful you don’t drop it on your foot. Maybe it is just me but I like a bottle that is light in weight and can just give a squeeze and I am I good to go. Now for the ouch. Not sure if it is the packaging that makes this shampoo much much expensive than the other shampoo I used in this line in the plastic bottle or why it is so costly. I am on the fence whether I will purchase the refill of this shampoo and use my own plastic bottles or whether I will just go back to the more economical shampoo in this line.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shower therapy scent! I love the scent of this shampoo! The pump is a bit frustrating as only a tiny bit comes out, but not a show-stopper for me.
