Application is terrible
Saving on plastic waste - great idea! Applying this Attitude deo to your underarms - big fail! Like many other natural deodorants in stick format (ie. Blume), you have to apply over the sink. Even after warming it up, there is much rolling, pilling, flaking, mess. The whole purpose of reducing landfill waste was defeated when the thing went into the garbage after three messy attempts. I am going back to Undercarriage - Vanilla, natural deodorant in a pot - it's formula is more effective and its application is flawless (aside from the fact that application is with fingers).

The best
I've been using this for about 5 months now and it's still great. The price is great for a natural brand, ingredients are great and the packaging is a huge selling feature for me. The orange scent is amazing and it lasts all day. Even when I get sweaty the nice scent lasts. Yes it gets a little bit crumbly towards the end when the product dries out a bit but I've tried probably 10 or more different natural deodorants sometimes spending $16 on a product and it did nothing in terms of effectiveness. I'd definitely choose to smell like nice fruity oranges all day and have a little bit of crumbly application than I would using a different product that doesn't work after 20 minutes. I love it.

Effective deodorant with a delicious scent!
After using Schmitd's deodorant for years (Rose Vanilla), I decided I wanted to try to find something in cardboard tubes that works and I liked, as cardboard has less of an eco footprint than glass jars. I tried several different options including Native, which worked for me but I didn't love the scent nor the eco footprint of the direct-to-me shipping (convenient as that is!). I've now tried three scents of the Attitude deodorant line – White Tea, Olive, and Orange Leaves – and while I've found them all equally effective, this scent is my favourite. It smells like clementines with undertones of cardamom – delicious, especially this time of year (it's nearly Xmas). It also works well, keeping odour at bay all day long, if not into the morning, and it doesn't irritate my skin. The consistency is a bit thick, so it doesn't glide on smoothly like Native, for instance, but if I hold it under my armpit for a couple of seconds before applying, it softens and applies easily. Also, I've only tested these deodorants in fall/winter, however, so can't say how well they hold up in hot sweaty weather. Even still, I'll likely stick with this deodorant because it works, it's Canadian, plus I love the cardboard tube and the price point! And I smell like Christmas!

Bad smell, bad formula
This smells like fake chemically citrus - definitely not the refreshing light scent I was hoping for. Maybe other scents are less offensive, but the real problem is the texture. This probably won't be a problem for most people, but be warned if you've got hairy pits: this stuff clumps up in the hairs and only comes out with hot water and soap. You'd think body heat would be enough to slick it down but nope, I've just got a gross white lump in my pits all day. And it happened more than once, even when I think I'm applying a not smooth layer. Trash!

Very effective!
Very effective, even for a garlic-eater like me! Lovely, soft scent. It is pretty dry, and sometimes uncomfortable to apply, but I'm pleased with the results.

I bought this recently and am very pleased. I have tried Schmidt’s natural deodorant which caused skin irritation so I was nervous about this product containing baking soda... So far no irritation whatsoever with this product. It keeps B. O. at bay and the scent is divine.

I have tried MANY natural deodorants, at many different price points, and this one is the best. It is effective, has a nice texture, is easy to apply, and has a lovely scent.
