Use this for DIY mosquito repellent. Love the quality and price.

Started using this to make my own bug repellent when hiking. I usually just mix a few drops in with lotion or sunscreen and apply to the exposed areas that may get bites.

Diana: about a year ago

Purchased to make mosquito repellent, works fairly well.

Diluted with water into a spritzer, this has been fairly effective at keeping mosquitos at bay. From what I've discerned, most companies sell Cymbopogon nardus, which is considered lower quality, so to get citronella java - Cymbopogon winterianus - at this price from Aura Cacia is a treat.

Love the scent! I mix it with sweet orange essential oil in my diffuser and it's great!

I use this oil to freshen the room and to repel mosquitoes naturally. I like the smell, but if you find the scent of citronella to be too strong, you can always mix it with lemongrass. I do this sometimes just to change things up.

I use citronella essential oil in a spray bottle with water. It smells lemony and grassy. I use it to freshen my apartment and, I think, it helps to repel mosquitoes. I recommend it.
