Liked the old one better !!!
I've been using your product MESSY LOOK for the past 6 years and LOVED IT !
Now I'm trying your smaller and new version but I must say, I hate it.
It's too creamy and I need to put double the amount and even then, it doesn't work like the old one :-(
The old one was more pasty not as smooth and works wonders ...
Bottom line, I will have to shop around to find a similar product as the old Messy Look flexible paste. This is not a paste it is a cream ...
Quite disappointed ...

Very disappointed with the new formula
I had been using the old formula for years and it worked amazingly well. I have medium length and medium thickness hair and it used to be held perfectly with the old formula. Since trying the new can, the product barely holds for an hour before my hair goes flat and looks greasy. Very disappointed with the new formula and will not be purchasing again. Sad that I have to find a new product now because I used to be a lifetime customer!

We noticed.
All it took was a single use of the grease in this new tin to realize that the formula had changed. Like many here, I've been using this stuff for 5+ years and loved it. Now I'll be taking my business elsewhere because you tried to make a few extra bucks off of the backs of your loyal customers. This new formula is no doubt cheaper to produce, why else would you have changed it?

I WANT THE OLD VERSION BACK
I really hope they reintroduce their old formula in the bulkier container. the messy look was my favorite, but this one is wayyyyy too watered down. Really hoping i can get my hands on some of the old versions:(

New version sucks
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) New version in the tin container is garbage compared to the old version. Very disappointed, has barely any hold, leaves hair not looking natural.

Not the same
This new product isn't the same as the old in the plastic container. The new formula just doesn't hold like the new. I won't be buying this again and will have to find a new brand.

Not happy with the new formula
The change to this product does not seem to be limited to the container (old plastic vs. this new tin). The product itself seems to be different. The paste is not as thick as when it was in the plastic container and it no longer holds my hair throughout the day. About mid morning my hair starts to lose its form and falls into my face. If the product is ever changed back to the old formula, please let me know so I can go back to it. In the meantime, I will be switching to something else.
