Recommended Dose: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Chew one or two alcohol-free pastilles twice daily as required or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients Black Currant Flavour: Sorbitol, isomalt, maltitol, gum arabic, Ribes nigrum (black currant) fruit extract, citric acid, natural colours (red cabbage colour, elderberry fruit extract, black carrot juice), xylitol, palm kernel oil, beeswax. Orange & Elderflower Flavour: Sorbitol, maltitol, isomalt, gum arabic, xylitol, palm kernel oil, beeswax, elderflower absolute, orange flavour.

These did absolutely nothing for me- i even ate up to 10 of them at one time and still nothing... i will say that i do actually like the way they taste though ...but not the texture.....these could break a tooth! Way too rubbery and hard

Tastes oh so very bitter
I don't mind the texture (soft, chewy, bouncy, melt-y) but I can't get past the bitterness and plastic-y taste.
