They hit differently
These are for sure a splurge item. Given that prior to covid you would play approximately a dollar a pound. In my research I saw someone say how great they were at targeting the muscle due to the shape of the weight. So if you use one of the typical 3 lb weights and then these, this one feels different because of the way the weight is distributed. They are coated in a soft, smooth coating and feel like luxury. They come with a nice little carrying case too. I would definitely wait for a sale but if you like to do barre classes, have some extra cash then give these a try.
