Convenient exercise equipment!
Very happy with my purchase. I've read a lot about ab sliders and wanted to try them. I like using exercise equipment that I can carry along with me. I like the material, and I use the foam side more often because of the wood and laminate floors we have. I haven't used the smooth (the pink side) side yet, but I imagine it would be just as useful.
