This Benecos eyeliner pencil adds illumination and brightness to your eyes. This smooth and creamy pencil is easy to apply and is made with organic plant oils and pure minerals so it is very gentle on sensitive eyes.

This pencil is very good for the price. It is my go-to for my very sensitive eyes. I mean it doesnt glide quite like butter, but is is pretty good.
