Too many bells and whistle, inadequate instruction - difficult to use.
Just bought one of these. Chose it because I could capture data on my smartphone. Except the instructions etc. were impossible to understand. And to make things worse, the quick start menu was low contrast grey and white in small print. The full instructions are high contrast, but again - smaller font. My blood pressure went up just trying to use it. Because it is so difficult I find I don't trust the readings I get. I wonder how much of the market 50+ represents? If it is as large as I think it is, then someone needs to educate the technical writers and designers in best practices. Can I take my blood pressure? I think I can. Only time will tell.

It's rubbish
The software is difficult to use, and doesn't work reliably. The device itself is also not user friendly. It's also not useful for travelling, you've got to remove all the batteries to safely toss it in a bag, and then set it up again each and every time. Look for another device.
The only plus would be, it's sturdy and the cuff it came with is simple to use, and it takes proper readings.
