Effective Scrub
Very effective; does what it says it will! I like that the spherical beads don't cause micro tears in the skin, unlike most scrubs that contain sharp-edged granules.
As well, types of cellulose acetate are technically biodegradable.

Exfoliants Doesn’t Dissolve
Was excited about the Sebium Exfoliating Gel. Yet, every time I wash my face (and I squeeze a dime size amount), the exfoliants don’t dissolve. After a wet face cloth or a shower, I end up with rough pebbles on my skin. It hurts my face and I have to put twice the amount of moisturizer just to offset the amount of damage this exfoliant did this to my face. Don’t buy it if you want to keep your face.

There is a ton of fine beads in this exfoliator that makes it extremely effective. Does not leave skin dry. Great value for formula, moved onto this one from my old exfoliator that had way less product and exfoliating beads for same price.

Disappointed to find microbeads
The product worked fine, but contains banned plastic microbeads. I am disappointed to find a reputable company using ingredients that are harmful to the environment. I will be contacting the company to find how to return the product so that they can properly dispose of it.

Microbeads!!
How can Bioderma sell a product that contains microbeads, which are known to be damaging to the environment?! I won’t be purchasing another product from this company until this is rectified, which is very disappointing as I quite enjoy the Sensiobio line.
